Journey #1
Tonight I listened to and followed the relaxation exercise listed in class. My experience with this excercise was very interesting. This was a great way of becoming relaxed after a long day at work today. Usually when I get home I go into a dark room and meditate for about 10 minutes before doing any of my mother and wife duties for the night. This was a great way of relaxing my mind and muscles. I really enjoyed it!
Welcome Statement
Hi, all welcome to my blog. This is very new to me I am really not good at computer things, but in school at Kaplan I am learning new ways of operating and managing computer programs. This shall be fun! I enjoy seeing how this will work out.
