My physical Well-Being

Well after the reading and understanding in more depth from this class I have had to re-evaluate my train of thinking and how I see my whole well-being. The question states on a scale of 1 to 10 how do I rate myself in the areas of the human well-being. As far as my physical well-being I rate myself a 8 being that I have recently lost a total of 46 pounds, I am overall healthy and have known health issues at this point in my life. On the note of spiritual well-being I rate myself a 5. There are many things that I need to get under control in my soul and my thoughts to be fully whole in my spirituality. My psychological well-being is pretty much healthy in the fact that I love the serenity prayer, and try my hardest to live by it everyday. I rate myself a 7.5. There are many things that I know spiritually, psychological, and physical that I need to work on in my life, and every day I am trying to get better at that.

    What a beautiful blog site you have!! Yes, it can be quite difficult to get all three of these qualities to be at a high level. I am very proud of you for your weight loss. That can be one of the hardest things to do because you have to eat to survive. It is not like smoking where you can give it up all together. I hope you will find your spiritual healing to imporove, for me that is the foundation of everything else to come. Have a wonderful day!!

    I must say I love your page and the color. What such a strong and powerful color to have chosen for your page. I would to thank you for honesty in your post about all three levels of well being. I am one that also struggles with trying to keep all three at a manageable level due to many things in life can affect these progress. I am also a mother, soon to be wife (however live with fiance and have to do wifely duties, lol), and work a very stressful job dealing with people life savings such as their 401k, and with these challenges in my daily life the function of all three levels truly become affected. I am so proud of you with taken the opinion to loose weight and the weight lose that you have accomplished is amazing. I will continue to encourage you to meet your complete goal for all three levels of complete well being. Once again great page and stay focused and positive.

  3. Ulaunda, I do love your page! You look gorgeous! I think that it is wonderful you were able to lose 40+lbs and get your physical health under control. What type of workouts or eating habits did you do in order to accomplish this? Do you have any future goals for your physical health? Pilates Yoga and Thai Chi are a few great types of exercises to engage in to create a deepening in the mind, body and spirit as well as fat-burning >.< Good luck in your future endeavors to create a more optimal well-being for yourself!
